I confess...
We woke up around noon... I had a headache since I slept for twlve hours...
First I did Internal salt water bathing. It took for two hours to end. After that, I ate some dry fruits and oatmeal. Then... we took a nap for one hour... and then I checked email, news and other stuff... after that... we took a nap again... very short one...
OK, I guess I was tired, I should take a rest. I decided to practise some kind of gentle yoga. I prepared some candles, incense and music. I did micro yoga and sun-sal from Nirmal yoga. After I warmed up, I did some postures from Hatha yoga. My practise was for one hour today. It was gentle but I sweated little bit. I felt good.
So, this is time to go to bed again...?
